A new way of thinking

I will start by saying that I am unsure as to what extent this blog will transform what I see as a growing trend in our nation today. I will always be the first to admit that my ideological ideas are not the only thing that allow me to be an effective leader, however I do believe that without them I would not have developed to the extent that I have. I look forward to my progression as a leader and hope that like like my ideological views, my leadership abilities continue to evolve.
